The FCAT Arbinger Lead Practitioner is a new role within the trust to support the school improvement team to build capacity and add further expertise to the trust's team. The role will involve working with our schools across the trust to enable improvements and developments in the quality of education, with a particular focus on professional development, coaching and outward mindset.
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Arbinger's Outward Mindset and a clear strategy for scaling and delivering programmes across the trust.
