Salary: Grade F Points 19-24 on the NJC Pay Scale (currently £25,927-£29,174 per annum)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

Join Team FCAT - We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to support the delivery of our high quality, professional and forward thinking HR service to our academies and central services of the trust. If you are looking to progress your generalist knowledge, skills and experience across a number of HR specialisms and to work closely with managers and senior leaders to make an immediate impact in people management and development, this is the opportunity for you!

Our HR team is a well-regarded and intrinsic function of our central services team which supports the effective operation and development of our academies and trust. With over 850 employees, working as part of this fast-paced and busy HR team with the Head of HR, Senior HR Advisor and HR Officer; you will effectively manage a caseload, providing expert advice and coaching to managers and senior leaders across our academies and central services in employment legislation, terms and conditions of employment, human resource management policy and best practice.
You will have strong knowledge and the skills and experience to quickly build effective relationships to successfully advise and resolve issues relating to recruitment, payroll, attendance management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and organisational change. You will have a solid focus on ensuring that your work adds value and makes a positive impact.
You will have a critical role in supporting the development human resource management within the trust through staff training and development. As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the design and delivery of HR operations and strategy, including new, policies, procedures and initiatives that continually enhance the HR service, Team FCAT employer brand as well as staff satisfaction and engagement.
