I joined FCAT as Chief Executive Officer because I truly believe that a great school can change a young person’s life. I have worked in education for 27 years—starting as a PE teacher and working across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Bradford. Over those years, I have seen how the right support keeps young people’s dreams alive and gives them confidence for the future.
