** NEW 2-16 SCHOOL UPDATE ***
Thank you to everyone who has already posted a comment on the FCAT website ‘Proposed School’. We already have 64 comments with most contributors thrilled that the former Arnold site (please see images of former school buildings either side of Arnold Avenue) is to be developed as a 2-16 ‘through-school’ by the Fylde Coast Academy Trust in partnership with the Education Funding Agency. Many comments offer suggestions for suitable names for the new school. These include reference to geographical location, famous former pupils, ex-headteachers, founders. Clearly the choice of naming the school is a big decision and it is receiving the highest level of consultation.
